The purpose of this course is for learners to practise food safety methods in a food business under supervision.

Learners who successfully complete this course are able to carry out the following food safety methods:

  • maintain effective personal hygiene
  • prevent cross contamination
  • measure, report, and act on temperature for high-risk food.
